    	        	Our Client is seeking a &lt;strong&gt;MLRO and Compliance Officer&lt;/strong&gt; to lead regulatory compliance and financial crime prevention efforts. This dual-role position is essential in ensuring adherence to AML/CFT regulations, maintaining compliance with the Malta Financial Services Authority (MFSA) requirements, and safeguarding the integrity of our operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and enforcing compliance frameworks, serving as the main point of contact with regulatory authorities, and ensuring that policies and procedures align with legal obligations.&amp;nbsp;&lt;br&gt;

&lt;strong&gt;Responsibilities&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br&gt;
As MLRO:
&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;Oversee and enhance the company’s Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Counter-Terrorist Financing (CTF) framework to ensure compliance with Maltese and EU regulations.
	&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Conduct transaction monitoring, investigate suspicious activity, and submit Suspicious Activity Reports (SARs) to the FIAU where necessary.
	&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Manage sanctions screening, Politically Exposed Persons (PEP) monitoring, and Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) processes for high-risk clients.
	&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Ensure proper Know Your Customer (KYC) and Customer Due Diligence (CDD) procedures are applied throughout the company’s operations.
	&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Maintain detailed records of AML investigations, ensuring full regulatory compliance.
	&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Keep up to date with AML regulations, FATF recommendations, and FIAU guidelines to ensure the company’s practices remain compliant.
	&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Provide AML training and awareness to employees, fostering a strong compliance culture.

As Compliance Officer:
&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;Act as the appointed Compliance Officer and main point of contact with the MFSA for regulatory matters, audits, and reporting.
	&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Work closely with the Executive Director and the Group Compliance Team (locally and overseas) to implement and manage an effective compliance monitoring program.
	&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Advise on regulatory changes, internal policies, and governance requirements to ensure ongoing adherence to MFSA rules and Financial Services Laws.
	&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Review and update company policies, procedures, and controls to align with compliance best practices and legal requirements.
	&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Conduct internal compliance audits to assess the effectiveness of current controls and identify areas for improvement.
	&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Prepare reports for senior management and regulatory bodies, outlining compliance risks, regulatory changes, and recommended actions.
	&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Support staff training and development on regulatory obligations, data protection, and ethical business practices.

&lt;strong&gt;Requirements:&lt;/strong&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Law, Business, or a related field.
	&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;A minimum of 4 years’ experience in regulatory compliance, AML/CFT, or financial services.
	&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Prior experience as an MLRO, Compliance Officer, or within a similar senior compliance role.
	&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Strong understanding of AML regulations, MFSA requirements, FIAU guidelines, and EU financial crime directives.
	&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Familiarity with AML reporting tools (such as GoAML) and transaction monitoring systems.
	&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Ability to liaise with regulators, handle regulatory submissions, and lead compliance reviews.
	&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;PQ’d as a Compliance Officer with the MFSA or the ability to qualify for the role is an advantage.

MLRO & Compliance Officer


    	        	Our client, a reputable CSP is looking for an ambitious &lt;strong&gt;Corporate Administrator&lt;/strong&gt; on a fulltime basis who is willing to help the firm operate day to day in corporate and office administration.&amp;nbsp;&lt;br&gt;
&lt;br&gt;
&lt;strong&gt;Responsibilities: &lt;/strong&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;Working with high levels of autonomy you will ensure processes are managed effectively whilst providing effective and efficient support to the partners and the team.

General office duties will include:&amp;nbsp;
