Private Clients Executive

Our client, an established law firm, is looking for a Private Client Executive to join their team.

You will help private clients, including high-net-worth (HNWIs) individuals relocate to Malta and give them a high standard of service throughout.

Responsibilities:

• Provide professional immigration assistance to private clients, including HNWIs, relocating to Malta;
• Build and maintain strong, ongoing client relationships, ensuring a high standard of service delivery;
• Coordinate clients' legal and tax queries with other practice groups within the firm;
• Liaise with local immigration and tax authorities and other relevant public entities on behalf of clients;
• Support client risk management and ensure accurate, compliant file administration;
• Keep records up to date;
• Develop in-depth knowledge of the residency and citizenship programmes offered by the firm, keep up to date with amendments and inform relevant stakeholders;
• Assist with the preparation of reports and projects as required;
• Contribute to the review and improvement of services and internal processes in response to business needs.

Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role;
• A strong commitment to making sure compliance meets the highest standards;
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English;
• Knowledge of Maltese and/or other languages is considered an asset;
• Excellent attention to detail and a client-focused approach;
• Outstanding interpersonal and organisational skills
• A collaborative, proactive, energetic and highly motivated individual.
