As a market leader with an excellent reputation, the company offers the opportunity to join a collaborative and highly skilled team dedicated to delivering outstanding service to its clients.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;You will become part of a growing Application Support team, currently made up of a Team Leader and five Application Support Specialists, with plans to expand to nine team members over the next year. In this role, approximately 70% of your time will be focused on providing application support, troubleshooting issues, resolving incidents, and ensuring the smooth operation of business-critical healthcare applications.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;The remaining 30% of your role will involve coordinating application upgrades and enhancement projects, acting as the key liaison between clients and software suppliers to ensure successful delivery with minimal disruption to day-to-day operations.
