&lt;p&gt;Role Description&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Attard &amp;amp; Co Food Ltd is seeking a &lt;strong&gt;Full-Time Marketing Assistant&lt;/strong&gt; to join the Marketing Department in Marsa. The Marketing Assistant will be responsible for supporting daily administrative and Marketing tasks.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Duties:&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;· Assist in the execution of marketing and social media campaigns and strategies, including planning, content ideas, and implementation schedules.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;· Ensure brand consistency in marketing and social media messages by working with various company department members, including operations and creativity.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;· Assist on social media implementation with the best practices and strategies.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;· Liaise directly with Graphic Team making sure all information is passed to them accordingly.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;· Make sure all Creative parties (inhouse and outsourced) are informed with correct brief and that their deliverables match instructions given.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;· Research and monitor activity of company competitors&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;· Follow up on status of projects accordingly and make sure everything is delivered in a timely manner.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;· Website Management&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;· Events&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;· Monthly analysis report&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;· Undertake occasional marketing-related errands and deliveries as required, using a company-provided vehicle.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;· Any other ad doc duties as may be required.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Requirments&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Strong organizational skills and attention to detail&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Ability to work independently and as part of a team&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Experience using Microsoft office and other Marketing related software.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Experience using video editing software like Capcut&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;
&lt;p&gt;· O level standard of education&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;· Experience in Marketing will be considered an asset; however training will be provided&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;· Driving license&lt;/p&gt;
