&lt;p&gt;The Senior Technician is responsible to diagnose technical, mechanical, and electrical faults and to carry out servicing and repairs of vehicles in an efficient and effective manner to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. In addition, the Senior Technician is responsible in assisting the Garage Manager and supporting other employees through the delivery of specialized internal training.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Main Duties and Responsabilities&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Examine vehicles to determine the extent of damage or malfunctions and to be able to know what is required for the repairs.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Carry out diagnosis using specialized equipment.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Carry out full and partial replacement/repairs of wiring harnesses in a timely manner.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Ensure that servicing and repairs are carried out within the stipulated time schedules and in accordance with the manufacturer’s specifications.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Perform road tests when and as necessary.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Carry out duties in a cautious manner to avoid causing any accidental damages to vehicles and their components while in our possession.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Ensure that works carried out on vehicles are reported on the job cards including any new faults and servicing requirements.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Review and discuss work orders with superiors and plan work procedures in accordance with technical manuals.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Update the Workshop and Aftersales Manager on the general condition of the vehicle and report any safety hazard and current/possible future faults.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Update Workshop Loading. Protect customer vehicles and their contents at all times using the appropriate protection i.e. seat covers, steering wheel covers, floor mats and wing protectors.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Make use of protective clothing and equipment provided by the company.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Strictly adhere to the company’s policies and the health and safety regulations.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Ensure the proper handling of tools, equipment and parts and the correct disposal of the latter as necessary.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Keep the work area clean and tidy ensuring a healthy and safe working environment.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Stay informed on new vehicle models, manufacturer’s technical specifications and franchise standards.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Attend specialized training locally or abroad as required.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Deliver training to other employees and offer support with higher level technical problems as necessary.&lt;/li&gt;

Senior Technician

&lt;li&gt;Perform a daily variety of calls, from appointment reminders to service bookings, parts arrivals and ‘no show’ clients.&lt;/li&gt;

Customer Care Agent

&lt;p&gt;You will be responsible to aid the Parts and Service Departments in the overall administration needs.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Main tasks and responsibilities&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;li&gt;Prepare and maintain customer specific orders, stock orders, customs clearance documents and customer notification letters for the assigned brands, Filing and general office duties.&lt;/li&gt;

Aftersales Administrator

&lt;p&gt;The employee is responsible for unpacking, storage, retrieval and sales of automotive spare parts to our customers, and for the supply of spare parts to workshop employees.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Main tasks and responsibilities&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
