&lt;p&gt;Industrial Motors are seeking to employ a Parts Personnel to join our team. If you are passionate about cars, then this is the right job for you.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;The employee is responsible for unpacking, storage, retrieval and sales of automotive spare parts to our customers, and for the supply of spare parts to workshop employees.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Main tasks and responsibilities&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;To make sure that all calls are being answered and any queries are being dealt with.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;To meet and greet any customers over the counter in a courteous manner&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;To sell automotive spare parts.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;To inspects spare parts upon arrival, unpacks them and stores them in the proper designated areas within the Parts Department.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;To maintain the stock inventory updated and ensures an adequate stock of parts.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;To assist colleagues and superiors when and as required in any duties related to the Parts Department.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;To assist Reception area as needed.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;To reconcile daily sales transactions (including the handling of cash) and ensures strict adherence to Company Standards&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;To strictly adhere to Health and Safety regulations and Company Policies.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;To ensure that Protective Clothing and Equipment provided by the Company are always used and worn.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;To attend training organized by the Company as required&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;To carry out any additional duties assigned by the Parts Manager.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Educational and skill requirements&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Excellent communication&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Teamwork&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Fluency in Maltese and English is a must&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Computer Literate&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;O’ Level standard of education&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;A flair for cars is essential&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;
