&lt;p&gt;Malta Dairy Products is seeking a motivated Sales Representative to grow our presence in the HORECA and retail sectors. The role focuses on&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;expanding market reach, strengthening customer relationships, and keeping MDP products a top choice across Malta. While centred on HORECA,&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;it may also support other sales channels as needed.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;1. Grow sales performance across the HORECA and assigned key clients, driving the success of MDP’s full product range.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;2. Develop and manage relationships with chefs, purchasing managers, retailers, and key account stakeholders.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;3. Identify and convert new business opportunities, ensuring strong market penetration and customer retention.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;4. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets, supported by structured planning and proactive territory management.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;5. Ensure product quality and stock rotation, coordinating closely with the Distribution team.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;6. Monitor market trends and competitor activity, providing valuable insights to support business strategy.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;7. Support promotional activities, tastings, and merchandising initiatives in collaboration with Marketing.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, AND SKILLS&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;1. Proven experience in FMCG sales, ideally within the food, beverage, or dairy industry.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;2. Strong knowledge of the Maltese HORECA landscape.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;3. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills in Maltese and English.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;4. Highly motivated, organised, and target-driven, with the ability to work independently.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;5. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;6. Clean driving licence: own transport considered an asset.&lt;/p&gt;

Sales Representative

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;JOB PURPOSE&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Support the Head of Operations in implementing and monitoring Environmental, Health &amp;amp; Safety standards across the site, ensuring safe, compliant, and well-managed operations for employees, contractors, and visitors.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;1. Coordinate day-to-day EHS activities and act as site contact for EHS matters.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;2. Assist with compliance with health and safety, environmental, fire safety, first aid, and security legislation, including liaison with authorities and consultants.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;3. Perform site inspections, audits, basic risk assessments, and follow up on actions.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;4. Monitor fire safety systems, emergency arrangements, PPE, and first aid readiness.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;5. Support planning and coordination of emergency drills and response exercises.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;6. Oversee waste segregation, storage, disposal, recycling, and related documentation.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;7. Coordinate disposal of obsolete equipment and other waste in line with procedures.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;8. Support environmental data collection, spill reporting, and basic environmental checks.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;9. Promote good housekeeping standards and coordinate external grounds maintenance.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;10. Coordinate fleet licences, insurance, inspections, driver authorisations, and accident reporting.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;11. Coordinate statutory inspections and certifications for key equipment and systems.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;12. Support contractor safety (inductions, permits to work, compliance with site rules).&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;13. Assist in the administration of CCTV and provide support during incident investigations.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;14. Record and report incidents, near misses, environmental and security issues, maintaining accurate EHS records.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;15. Assist in organising and delivering EHS-related training and awareness sessions.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;16. Contribute ideas and feedback to improve EHS, fire safety, security, and housekeeping.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, AND SKILLS&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;1. Diploma in Occupational Health &amp;amp; Safety or studying towards one.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;2. 1–2 years’ experience in a health and safety support role (ideally manufacturing/industrial).&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;3. Basic knowledge of health and safety and environmental legislation.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;4. Strong organisational, reporting, and communication skills.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;5. Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).Ability to follow procedures and escalate issues appropriately.&lt;/p&gt;
