&lt;p&gt;The Field Sales Support role brings together in‑store execution with selected sales‑related responsibilities, ensuring strong support across retail operations while also contributing to key sales activities when required.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;1. Participate in targeted sales initiatives assigned by the Business Development Department&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;2. Support Sales Representatives by ensuring shelves are properly stocked, displays are aligned with planograms, and products are retail‑ready.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;3. Suggest stock replenishment based on product movement.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;4. Provide in‑store insights (pricing checks, competitor comparisons, customer comments).&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;5. Assist in basic customer feedback or queries relating to MDP products and/or services, escalating more complex matters to the Business Development Department.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;6. Ensure products are correctly displayed according to planograms, brand guidelines, and promotional standards.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;7. Carry out routine checks on stock rotation, expiry dates, product availability, and shelf condition.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;8. Occasionally assist in transporting of products to and from customers on behalf of the QA Team.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;9. Monitor fridge temperatures and product freshness where applicable.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;10. Maintain high-quality in‑store displays, signage, and promotional materials.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;2. Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar FMCG merchandising role.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;3. Fluent in both Maltese and English.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;4. Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel for reporting, Word for documentation)&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;5. Familiarity with planograms and product display standards.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;6. Outgoing, detail-oriented, with strong organisational skills.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;7. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, as well as in a team.&lt;/p&gt;

Field Sales Support

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;JOB PURPOSE&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;The Distribution and Cold Store Executive reports directly to the Distribution and Cold Store Manager. The focus of the role is ensuring a smooth operation within the supply chain, warehousing of products, deliveries and returns.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;1. Developing efficient driver schedules by using software&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;2. Managing drivers so they adhere to strict schedules.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;3. Analyse data to assess performance, discover logistical problems, and devise improvement plans.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;4. Assist in the recruitment of quality drivers into the fleet.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;5. Monitor driver behavior and ensure a high level of customer service.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;6. Coordinate distribution operations, in collaboration with cold stores.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;7. Lead monthly distributors&#039; meetings to advise of new products or packaging.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;8. Be the sole point of contact between distributors for the sales and marketing functions of MDP.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;9. Advise and control all company policies that distributors are bound to by the company.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;10. Providing weekly reports as may be required.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;11. Ensure that distributors&#039; contracts are adhered to and identify any shortfall in sales.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;12. Inspect distributors&#039; trucks to ensure they are clean, and temperatures are in line.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;13. Daily stock control and forecasting for all product lines.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;14. Be the point of contact for clients, such as retail shops, catering industries and hotel chains.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;15. Any other duties as may be required from time to time.&lt;/p&gt;

Distribution Executive

&lt;p&gt;Support the Head of Operations in implementing and monitoring Environmental, Health &amp;amp; Safety standards across the site, ensuring safe, compliant, and well-managed operations for employees, contractors, and visitors.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;1. Coordinate day-to-day EHS activities and act as site contact for EHS matters.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;2. Assist with compliance with health and safety, environmental, fire safety, first aid, and security legislation, including liaison with authorities and consultants.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;3. Perform site inspections, audits, basic risk assessments, and follow up on actions.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;4. Monitor fire safety systems, emergency arrangements, PPE, and first aid readiness.&lt;/p&gt;
