&lt;p&gt;We are seeking a reliable and competent Office Clerk at Marsa Rebar Ltd. to handle a range of administrative and clerical duties that support the daily operations of our company. The ideal candidate will assist in various areas of the business, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Key Responsibilities&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Report directly to the Factory Manager.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Provide administrative support to the Factory Manager, including tasks related to production schedules, order tracking, and documentation.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Monitor and support quality control processes throughout the production cycle.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Sort and distribute incoming mail, and prepare outgoing correspondence (letters, packages, etc.).&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Answer telephone calls, take messages, and redirect inquiries to the appropriate personnel.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Operate standard office equipment such as printers, photocopiers, and computers for tasks such as word processing and spreadsheet management.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Perform basic bookkeeping duties, including the preparation of invoices and checks.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Support general office organization and management procedures.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Required Skills &amp;amp; Qualifications&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a production team.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Willingness to work extended hours when required to meet deadlines.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Strong communication skills in both Maltese and English, written and verbal.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;A proactive and motivated attitude, with a desire to grow within a professional team environment.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, etc.).&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking abilities.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Ability to process and prepare various types of documents efficiently.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Experience&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Minimum of two years.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;ins&gt;Important note!&lt;/ins&gt; Candidates applying for this position must be resident in Malta and Good knowledge of Maltese language is mandatory.&lt;/p&gt;
