&lt;p&gt;We&#039;re looking for a driven self-starter who enjoys turning ideas into results. Someone who works on their own initiative but values the team that delivers on what&#039;s promised. You&#039;ll build relationships, spot opportunity, and close business. Owning the sales pipeline across corporate bookings, events, group dining, partnerships and new revenue channels, within venues that offer maximum versatility.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Key Responsibilities&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Identify, pursue, and close new revenue opportunities across Chapels, Kettles, and Fat Harry’s&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, event planners, and local businesses for repeat and referral business&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Work with venue and kitchen teams to package offers and experiences that generate bookings&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Own the pipeline end to end. Enquiry through to contract, nurturing, and return business&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Track performance against targets and report on results&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Spot ways to grow footfall and spend during quieter periods and underused capacity&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Desired Skills and Attributes&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Minimum of 2 years of proven comparable sales or business development experience, ideally in hospitality/events.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;A natural relationship-builder who listens, follows up, and closes&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Independent, results-driven, and organized. Manages a pipeline in a timely manner without letting things slip&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;A planner that can build strategies into an executable and predictable year.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;An idea generator who also delivers on closing&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;A resourceful individual who is able to multiply opportunity and generate more with less&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Knowledgeable in marketing&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Familiarity with Malta&#039;s hospitality or events market is a plus&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Possesses strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret and act on sales and marketing data.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;A solid track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Requirements&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;li&gt;Working hours: Core during office hours mainly but important to have presence and maintain and nurture relationships as the role requires&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Able to work in Malta within with legal papers, where applicable&lt;/li&gt;
