Mirabelle Enterprises has been part of Malta's food & beverage scene since 1981, running Chapels (gastrobrewpub), Kettles (café-diner), and Fat Harry's Pub in Bugibba. We're a family business in a period of real momentum, and we want someone who's part of this journey.

The Role

This role has two sides, and we need someone who's strong at both: going out to win new business, and driving more from what's already coming through our doors. You'll build relationships, spot opportunity, and bring in revenue we don't currently have. This includes new corporate accounts, event partnerships, and business lines, while also working with our venue teams to lift spend and footfall from existing trade. The role is outbound, relationship-led, and results-driven, on both the new-business and the in-venue side.

Key Responsibilities

Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities and revenue lines across Chapels, Kettles, and Fat Harry's. Not just within existing categories, but new ones we don't currently tap

Actively network and represent Mirabelle at local business and hospitality events to build visibility and open doors

Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, event planners, and local businesses for repeat and referral business

Drive footfall and increase spend per visit across all three venues, including upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing trade

Work with venue and kitchen teams to package offers and experiences that generate bookings and grow average spend

Own the pipeline end to end: enquiry through to contract, nurturing, and return business

Track performance against targets and report on results

Spot ways to grow footfall and spend during quieter periods and underused capacity

Desired Skills and Attributes

Minimum 5 years' proven experience in sales and/or business development, reflective of the above Key Responsibilities

Direct experience in hospitality or events is highly preferred

An existing local network of B2B contacts, with the credibility to open doors quickly

Experience across both B2B and B2C is considered an asset

A natural relationship-builder who listens, follows up, and closes

Independent, results-driven, and organised - manages a pipeline without letting things slip

A planner who can build strategy into an executable, predictable year

An idea generator who also delivers on closing

A resourceful individual who can multiply opportunity and generate more with less

Knowledgeable in marketing

Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret and act on sales and marketing data

A solid track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets

Requirements

Must be residing in Malta or in the EU, with the ability to move within a short time-frame

Core office hours, with the flexibility and presence needed to build and nurture relationships as the role requires

What We Offer

Full-time, indefinite contract

Competitive gross basic salary (€30,000 - €35,000) + uncapped commission

Real autonomy and trust, with a flexible working environment

Exciting projects where your work has visible, immediate impact

A close-knit, hands-on team culture where people are valued and appreciated

A seat at the decision table, with direct influence on steering the business forward
