&lt;li&gt;Support Senior Management in overseeing the smooth day-to-day operation of the hotel.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Ensure effective coordination between Front Office,Housekeeping, Food &amp;amp; Beverage and other departments.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Provide operational support to all F&amp;amp;B outlets during service periods, events and high-volume operations.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Deliver exceptional guest service and handle guest requests, feedback and complaints professionally.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Monitor service standards and ensure compliance with hotel procedures.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Conduct regular inspections Of rooms and public areas.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Assist with guest arrivals and special requests.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Supervise shifts and support team members during operational hours.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Identify and address operational issues, escalating when necessary.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Prepare operational reports and communicate relevant updates during handovers.&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Candidate Profile:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Must be authorised to take up employment in Malta.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Minimum of 2 years&#039; experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Previous experience in hotel operations will be considered an asset.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Strong leadership and team-management skills.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Ability to multitask and work under pressure.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Opera experience will be considered an asset).&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;High level of attention to detail and organisational skills.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Good knowledge of housekeeping operations and an eye for detail.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Flexibility to work evening shifts, weekends and public holidays&lt;/li&gt;
