&lt;p&gt;As part of our ongoing expansion, we are seeking an experienced Technical Department Supervisor to join our team and support the continued development of our technical and after-sales operations.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;The Role&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;You will supervise our technical team and coordinate day-to-day service activities, ensuring our customers receive efficient, professional, and reliable technical support.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Key Responsibilities&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Supervise and coordinate technicians and service personnel.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Plan and allocate servicing, repairs, installations, and maintenance work.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Assist with diagnosing and resolving mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and technical issues.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Coordinate breakdowns, warranty claims, and technical support with manufacturers.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Monitor the progress and quality of service jobs.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Ensure technicians follow appropriate safety and service procedures.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Liaise with customers regarding technical issues and service requirements.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Work closely with the Sales, Spare Parts, and Operations teams.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Maintain accurate service records and technical documentation.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Support the training and development of the technical team.&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;What We&#039;re Looking For&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Proven experience in technical/service supervision, preferably within heavy machinery, construction equipment, industrial equipment, waste management, automotive, or a related sector.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Previous experience supervising technicians or a technical team.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Good organisational, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;A practical, hands-on approach.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Strong customer service and communication skills.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Good computer literacy.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;A relevant technical qualification is an advantage.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Valid driving licence.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Knowledge of Maltese is an advantage.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
