&lt;p&gt;We are currently seeking a motivated and customer-focused Automotive Sales Representative to join our team on a full-time basis at our Mosta showroom.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Key Responsibilities&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Understand customers&#039; needs, preferences, and budget to recommend suitable vehicles&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Develop strong product knowledge across our vehicle inventory, including specifications, features, and optional extras&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Keep up to date with new models, automotive trends, and competitor offerings&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Guide customers through the complete sales process, including financing options and delivery&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Conduct test drives and effectively present the benefits of the chosen vehicle&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Handle customer enquiries and follow up on leads&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Build long-term relationships with customers and encourage repeat business and referrals&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Negotiate effectively to reach mutually beneficial agreements with customers&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Requirements&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Fluent/native Maltese speaker mandatory (non-Maltese applicants will not be considered)&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Minimum of 1 year of experience in automotive sales, preferably within the used vehicle sector.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Excellent communication and interpersonal skills&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;
