Automotive Sales Representative
IMPORTANT: This position requires a fluent/native Maltese speaker.

We are currently seeking a motivated and customer-focused Automotive Sales Representative to join our team on a full-time basis at our Mosta showroom.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand customers' needs, preferences, and budget to recommend suitable vehicles
- Develop strong product knowledge across our vehicle inventory, including specifications, features, and optional extras
- Keep up to date with new models, automotive trends, and competitor offerings
- Guide customers through the complete sales process, including financing options and delivery
- Conduct test drives and effectively present the benefits of the chosen vehicle
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Handle customer enquiries and follow up on leads
- Build long-term relationships with customers and encourage repeat business and referrals
- Negotiate effectively to reach mutually beneficial agreements with customers
Requirements
- Fluent/native Maltese speaker mandatory (non-Maltese applicants will not be considered)
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in automotive sales, preferably within the used vehicle sector.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
