To thrive in this role, you must hold A Levels in Accounts and have a strong foundation in financial principles. If you're already pursuing your ACCA qualification, you're on the right track. Fluency in both Maltese and English is essential, as you'll be communicating with both local and international stakeholders.

As an Accounts Assistant, you'll play an important role in ensuring the smooth running of the finance function. Your responsibilities will include accurately handling financial transactions, maintaining meticulous records, supporting financial reconciliations, including aspects of PSP reconciliations, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. • Support the month-end & year end closing processes 
• Handling Payments and bank transfers 

Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or early stages of ACCA 
• 2 years of accounting exposure 
• Advanced proficiency in excel and Google sheets 

Salary/Remuneration Package

€25,000-€30,000 (based on the candidate’s experience)
