&lt;p&gt;A vacancy has arisen for the post of &lt;strong&gt;Accounts Clerk&lt;/strong&gt; within &lt;strong&gt;Quintano Foods Ltd&lt;/strong&gt;. Reporting to the Finance Manager, the selected candidate will be mainly required to provide the most efficient, reliable and timely service in support to the smooth running of the department.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Responsibilites:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Post any stock adjustments and journals to appropriate ledgers;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Carry out Accounts Receivables reconciliations;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Carry out bank reconciliations and other nominal reconciliations;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Handling of Petty Cash;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Cashing in client payments;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Liaising with the logistics department to carry out weekly cycle counts;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Carry out truck reconciliations.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;The selected candidate will:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Have at least an ‘O’ level qualification in accounts;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Have good communication and organizational skills;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Be ICT literate;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Be ready to work flexibly in a team.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Experience would be considered an asset.&lt;/p&gt;
