Aftersales Engineer
We're looking for a motivated, technically minded person to join our Aftersales team.
The Aftersales Engineer will support the day-to-day activities of the Aftersales Department, including the preparation of service quotations, maintenance agreements, fault follow-up, spare parts coordination, and communication with clients, suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams.
What you'll do
- Prepare quotations for repairs, maintenance, spare parts, and upgrades
- Prepare and renew preventive maintenance agreements
- Follow up client fault reports and keep clients updated
- Coordinate with technicians, suppliers, and subcontractors
- Keep records of quotations, agreements, and service reports organised and up to date
What we're looking for
- A degree in Mechanical, Electrical, HVAC, or Building Services Engineering (or similar)
- A practical understanding of HVAC, electrical, mechanical, or building services systems.
- Good communication and organisational skills
- Comfortable with Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Willingness to learn and to take ownership of tasks
- A valid driving licence
- Experience in aftersales, maintenance, technical support, or estimating is preferred
