Aftersales Receptionist

Muscats Motors Ltd specialises in Automotive and has an exciting full-time opportunity for an enthusiastic Aftersales Receptionist to join our dynamic team.
To provide efficient and courteous telephone and reception service to external customers, visitors and internal customers.
Tasks:
Answer all incoming telephone calls in a timely, efficient and courteous manner and transfer such calls to the respective staff member.
To respond to any emails correspondence received both internally and customer’s.
To ensure that the required car parts are available according to the job card; in the event that such parts are not available, check the ordering status of such parts and requalify the customers’ appointments.
To follow up with the customers after their service is completed to ensure that they are satisfied and assist with any possible queries.
To create any PDI job cards and the workshop allocation.
To create service bookings in the system.
To attach all necessary documentation with the booking as per the franchise standards.
To make sure that the filing system is up-to-date including job cards.
To keep track of the company courtesy cars including all internal documentation related to their movements.
To be responsible of ordering the office supplies for the department as per the established procedure.
To assist the After Sales Manager in any clerical duties assigned from time to time.
To keep the reception desk in a clean and tidy manner at all times and ensure removal of unsightly items from reception area.
To attend any training that is being requested by the Company.
To ensure that Company Rules and Regulations are adhered too.
To ensure a high quality/standard of work and service throughout.

Qualifications and Experience:
Fluency in Maltese and English is a must
O’ Level standard of education
Computer Literate
Previous experience in a similar post or similar
Management qualification or equivalent
