Over time, you will begin managing your own client portfolio, allowing you to build your expertise, confidence, and independence within the AML function.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;You will:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;Carrying out Client Risk Assessments at the onboarding stage and on an ongoing basis&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Conduct and analyse client screening investigations&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Assist in the development and implementation of compliance policies and procedures&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Conduct internal compliance duties and report thereon&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Skills / Experience:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;1 year of experience in AML screenings.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Experience in insurance, notaries, law firms &amp;amp; CSPs, Banks, or related industries.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Have worked in a regulated industry by the MFSA.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Salary / Remuneration:&lt;/strong&gt;&amp;nbsp;up to &amp;euro;28&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;I specialize in recruiting for Compliance Specialists.
