As an Assistant FC  in one of Malta’s most premier hotel destinations, you will not just oversee the numbers - you will be part of the story behind every seamless stay and unforgettable guest experience.

Here, your contribution directly influences how the hotel runs, grows, and thrives. This is a role where leadership means more than managing numbers. You will drive financial performance, mentor junior team members, and work closely with senior management to shape strategies that align with both the guest experience and the business bottom line.

As a Finance Controller, collaboration with department heads across the hotel is an everyday mission. You are the go–to person to help them understand their numbers, optimize spending, and identify opportunities for smarter resource use. Whether it is supporting a new service concept, reviewing a supplier contract, or preparing financial insights for an upcoming event, you will be a key partner in the hotel's day-to-day success.

You will:

• Deliver accurate financial analysis and reporting to guide strategic and operational decisions
• Help shape a finance team that is agile, collaborative, and focused on continuous improvement
• Work closely with operational teams to align financial planning with daily activities and long-term goals

Skills & Experience:

• ACCA-qualified or nearing qualification (A Master’s degree in Accountancy or ACA also welcomed)
• Experience in hospitality or a fast-paced, guest-focused industry
• Fluent in English (Maltese is a plus)

Salary / Remuneration: €40,000 – €45,000 (Depending on Experience)
