Assistant Sales Supervisor

You shall perform such duties as normally attached to your position with the Company, which include, but are not limited to, the following:-

Operations

• Supervise day-to-day shop floor operations and ensure smooth workflow
• Open and close the shop according to schedule
• Maintain store appearance, cleanliness, and proper merchandising standards
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment

Team Leadership

• Lead, motivate, and supervise a team of shop assistants
• Create and manage staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage
• Train new employees on products, procedures, and customer service standards
• Delegate tasks effectively and monitor completion

Customer Service

• Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve complaints professionally
• Provide expert advice on plants, gardening products, and care instructions
• Build positive customer relationships to encourage repeat business
• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person

Sales & Financial

• Meet and exceed sales targets
• Process transactions accurately and handle cash management

Health & Safety

• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Maintain safe working environment for staff and customers
• Conduct regular safety checks and equipment maintenance
