Role Overview

As an Audit Assistant, you'll support the audit team in conducting various audit and assurance engagements, preparing financial statements, and building relationships with clients. You'll work closely with the Audit Senior and management team to ensure the timely and accurate completion of tasks. This role offers invaluable experience and the chance to develop essential skills within a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

Client Relationships: Develop and maintain positive working relationships with client personnel.
\n\t
Audit Support: Assist with the execution of audit and assurance engagements.
\n\t
Financial Statement Preparation: Contribute to the preparation of financial statements, adhering to GAPSME and IFRS.
\n\t
Additional Engagements: Participate in other audit and assurance projects as required.

Qualifications, Skills and Attributes

Education: Currently pursuing or interested in pursuing the ACCA qualification or an equivalent.
\n\t
Software Skills: Be familiar with standard software packages, demonstrate proficiency in MS Excel, and be willing to learn company-specific software.

Communication: Possess strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
\n\t
Teamwork: Be a collaborative team player with good interpersonal skills.
