Bartender

HireHound Recruitment in Malta is currently looking to recruit a Bartender to join their client's team on a full-time basis.

Position Overview:

We are hiring a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender on behalf of a prestigious hotel. This role offers an opportunity to work in a vibrant environment, crafting exceptional drinks and delivering top-notch service to guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and customer preferences.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, including restocking supplies and ingredients.
• Engage with guests, providing recommendations and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
• Manage bar inventory and assist with ordering and stock control.
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and alcohol regulations.
• Process payments accurately and efficiently using the hotel’s point-of-sale system.
• Collaborate with other team members to provide seamless service.
• Monitor and manage customer behaviour to ensure a safe and enjoyable environment.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a bartender in a similar setting.
• Knowledge of cocktails, wines, beers, and other beverages.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
• Familiarity with bar equipment and POS systems.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
