&lt;p&gt;Active for over 40 years, Rimus Trading Agency Ltd is a long-established company in the FMCG industry. Considered a leading company in the industry, the company portfolio of brands are considered leaders in the ambient, chilled and frozen categories.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;The company is seeking to recruit a Brand Manager.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;An opportunity has arisen for a creative, dynamic and result-oriented person who will be responsible for the development of various leading brands the company currently handles.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;The role&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br&gt;Working closely with the sales team and existing clients, the Brand Manager should have the following attributes and responsibilities:&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Be analytical, create and implement a strategy for the brands, addressing weaknesses and maximizing marketing opportunities;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Be able to think strategically and accept responsibility for the marketing activities of the brands;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Manage external relations and ensure the preparation and upholding of a yearly budget with the clients and / or partners;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Be responsible for stock, taking into account quarterly and annual sales and volume forecasts;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Preference will be given to those with experience in FMCG.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;The ideal candidate should possess&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;A qualification in marketing, communications or a relevant business degree;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;At least 2 years’ experience in a similar post;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;A flair for sales;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Proficiency in MS Excel.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;
