Eden Leisure Group is looking for a Business Development Specialist for one of its subsidiaries, Jobhound, which is one of Malta's newest job platforms and ATS software providers dedicated to helping Maltese employers with their hiring needs. We are looking for an energetic and motivated individual to drive our business growth and foster valuable partnerships at Jobhound.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with potential clients to develop mutually beneficial partnerships, emphasizing long-term collaboration rather than one-off sales.
- Cultivate lasting relationships with clients, focusing on providing ongoing strategic value and support to their business growth.
- Craft and present tailored proposals that articulate the strategic value of our solutions in meeting client needs.
- Actively identify and initiate contact with potential clients through networking, direct outreach, and engagement on professional platforms.
- Engage in industry events, conferences, and professional gatherings to build a strong professional network and enhance brand visibility.
- Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations to highlight the value of Jobhound platform.
- Pursue ongoing professional development to stay at the forefront of industry innovations, market trends, and business development strategies.
- Systematically collect and analyze customer feedback to inform product improvements and service enhancements.
- Contribute to the strategic planning and development of the organization by offering insights derived from market analysis and customer feedback.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven experience in client-facing roles, with an emphasis on sales and business development.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Familiarity with digital tools such as Google Docs and Microsoft Office is expected.
- Proficiency in English is essential.
- Proficiency in Maltese is not an obligation but a strong advantage.
- Knowledgeable in digital marketing principles and platforms would be a strong plus.
