Role Overview 

The Business Intelligence & Data Developer will play a pivotal role in transforming data into actionable insights. The ideal candidate will be adept at developing ETLs using SSIS, creating database stored procedures, generating system data export files, and maintaining business reports through SSRS and Power BI. Ensuring data quality, integrity, and security is paramount, alongside documenting and managing data flows using Microsoft technologies.

Key Responsibilities 

Data Transformation: Implement ETLs using SSIS and develop database stored procedures with SQL Server. 

Data Export: Generate XML/CSV files for system data exports.

Reporting: Develop and maintain SSRS and Power BI reports for business users. 

Data Quality: Ensure the integrity, security, and quality of data. 

Documentation: Document business processes and design, build, test, and maintain data flows using Microsoft technologies.

Qualifications, Skills and Attributes 

Educational Background: A minimum of a bachelor's degree in IT. 

Experience: At least 3 to 5 years experience in data development using Microsoft technologies, preferably in the financial sector. 

Technical Skills: Proficiency with SQL Server data tools and a strong understanding of SQL. 

ETL Implementation: Hands-on experience with Microsoft SSIS ETL package solutions. 

Reporting Tools: Experience in developing SSRS reports. 

Additional Assets: Experience in .NET and web applications, Power BI report building, and Azure migrations. 

Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
