An exciting opportunity has opened to join a next-generation financial services provider licensed and regulated in the EU. The company is reshaping how consumers and businesses use digital payments combining innovation, technology, and customer focus to deliver seamless e-money and card solutions across Europe which will provide a lot of international exposure.

As Cards Manager, you’ll be fully exposed to the company’s card products, overseeing everything from concept and development to performance optimisation. Working at the heart of a scaling fintech startup, you’ll collaborate with international partners, card networks, and cross-functional teams to deliver smooth operations and exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of card products, ensuring performance, innovation, and compliance.
• Manage daily card operations including issuance, activation, and system configuration.
• Liaise with card processors, payment networks, and vendors to ensure seamless service delivery.

Your Profile

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in financial services, with proven expertise in Card Issuing.
• Strong understanding of the payment’s ecosystem, including card networks, interchange fees, and gateways.
• Experience with card management systems, vendor relationships, and regulatory compliance.

Salary & Benefits: Competitive salary (€55,000 – €65,000) depending on experience, private health insurance (after probation), company parking and modern office in a prime location, daily breakfasts and Friday lunches at the office.
