Outstanding opportunity for an experienced finance professional to join one of the industry-leading companies on the island. You will join a very stable international company, that is still growing giving you all the room to use your so far gained experience and grow further in your role.

 You will be leading a small, multicultural, and youngish finance team that will support your work and make you feel welcomed from the start. In this CFO role you will be working closely with the CEO and have the chance to implement new softwares and initiate new projects, so you will be given all the tools to reach your full potential. As a CFO, you will be working from a luxurious office, according to flexible working hours making sure you can maintain the balance that you need.

You will:

• Implementing new systems and internal policies
• Managing the forecasting and budgeting process
• Spearheading new projects
•  Advising the CEO on strategic decision making

Experience: 

• Master's Degree in Accounting or ACCA fully qualified and warranted
• 5+ years experience working in a senior role
• Previous exposure to the hospitality industry

Salary / Remuneration: EUR  80 000–90 000- Depending on experience +benefits
