&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Role Overview&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;The CFO will play a pivotal role in the financial management and strategic decision-making processes of the company. Collaborating closely with the Group CFO and executive team, the ideal candidate will oversee financial strategy, planning, analysis, and reporting to ensure the company&#039;s fiscal health and future growth.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Key Responsibilities&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;em&gt;Financial Oversight&lt;/em&gt;: Lead financial strategy, planning, and analysis, including management accounts, yearly budgets, cost control, and payroll reporting.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;em&gt;Collaborative Leadership&lt;/em&gt;: Work closely with Financial Controllers across all hotel entities, ensuring alignment with Group CFO directives and deadlines.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;em&gt;Policy Development&lt;/em&gt;: Assist in finalizing internal policies, monitoring compliance, and reporting directly to the Group CFO.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;em&gt;Team Management&lt;/em&gt;: Supervise and motivate the Finance Department personnel, ensuring adherence to policies, procedures, and fiscal requirements.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;em&gt;Continuous Improvement&lt;/em&gt;: Proactively identify and implement enhancements to finance department processes and systems, in line with company culture and standards.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Qualifications, Skills and Attributes&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;em&gt;Experience&lt;/em&gt;: 3 to 5 years experience in finance, with a strong background in financial management and analysis.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;em&gt;Qualifications&lt;/em&gt;: Fully qualified in finance or accounting.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;em&gt;Leadership&lt;/em&gt;: Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and empower team members.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;em&gt;Communication&lt;/em&gt;: Excellent communication and influencing skills to drive positive change initiatives.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;em&gt;Adaptability&lt;/em&gt;: Ability to adapt to changing priorities and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;
