As a Claims Associate, you’ll be the key link between clients, insurers, and internal teams, ensuring each claim is handled efficiently, accurately, and with genuine care. You’ll gain valuable exposure across multiple insurance lines, from health and motor to property and commercial, giving you a well-rounded foundation that few firms in Malta can offer.

Key Responsibilities

• Liaise with clients, insurers, and internal teams to manage claims efficiently and professionally.
• Support process improvements and contribute to a culture of service excellence.
• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance operations and strengthen client satisfaction.

Your Profile

• Fluent in Maltese and English.
• O-Level education (additional studies or certifications are an asset).
• Previous experience in insurance or another client-facing role.

Salary & Benefits: €22,000 – €27,000 per annum (depending on experience), plus: health and life insurance coverage, performance bonus and hybrid working scheme, parking and additional company benefits.
