This is an exciting opportunity for an AML Analyst to join an international organisation growing its presence in Malta, offering the chance to contribute to the development of its local operations. As the business continues to develop, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the establishment and enhancement of its AML framework, allowing you to make a meaningful contribution to the evolution of its compliance processes and local operations. You will be working closely with an experienced MLRO and an established international team, gaining valuable exposure to AML best practices, regulatory requirements and the development of local procedures.

With the operation continuing to evolve, you will have the chance to contribute ideas, strengthen existing processes and gain practical experience across key areas of AML and compliance, empowering you to take the lead on your responsibilities, develop your expertise and contribute to the continued growth of the function.

You will:

• Assist with customer onboarding and the application of AML procedures
• Carry out AML and compliance checks in accordance with internal policies and applicable regulatory standards
• Build practical knowledge of customer due diligence, KYC requirements and onboarding processes

Skills / Experience:

• 1 + years of experience in AML, compliance or KYC
• A good understanding of AML principles and customer onboarding procedures

Salary / Remuneration: €30,000 - €35,000 (Depending on Experience) + Flexible hours, career development opportunities, international exposure.
