We are seeking a dedicated Maintenance Supervisor to join our team and oversee the maintenance operations of our esteemed hotels in The Three Cities.&lt;br&gt; &lt;br&gt;&lt;strong&gt; THE TASKS:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br&gt; - Assign tasks between you and the maintenance technician, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards.&lt;br&gt; - Schedule shifts efficiently to ensure comprehensive coverage and response to maintenance needs.&lt;br&gt; - Conduct performance evaluations to enhance team productivity and individual growth.&lt;br&gt; - Act swiftly and decisively in response to any maintenance emergencies, ensuring minimal disruption to guest experience.&lt;br&gt; - Safeguard hotel facilities and equipment, prioritizing safety and efficiency in maintenance practices.&lt;br&gt; - Conduct regular inspections of plumbing and electrical systems, promptly addressing any issues or potential hazards.&lt;br&gt; - Coordinate with external contractors and vendors for specialized repairs or installations as required.&lt;br&gt; - Monitor utility consumption and implement strategies to optimize energy efficiency, contributing to cost reduction efforts.&lt;br&gt; - Ensure adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) in all maintenance activities.&lt;br&gt; - Implement a Preventative Maintenance Programme&lt;br&gt; - Foster a culture of excellence by promoting and enforcing SOPs among team members.&lt;br&gt; - Embody and champion the Group&#039;s values, serving as a role model for the team.&lt;br&gt; - Maintain professional and friendly relationships with guests, team members, and contractors, enhancing the hotel&#039;s reputation for exceptional service.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Requirements: -&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;- Proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing electrical and plumbing issues.&lt;br&gt; - Knowledge on preventive maintenance programs.&lt;br&gt; - Knowledge of relevant safety regulations and industry standards for plumbing and electrical work.&lt;br&gt; - Working on own initiative, analyzing problems, identifying courses of action, and implementing solutions with&lt;br&gt; available resources and to a high degree of quality.&lt;br&gt; - Flexibility to respond to changing priorities and handle unexpected maintenance challenges.&lt;br&gt; - Clear and effective communication with team members, other departments, and external contractors.&lt;br&gt; - Commitment to excellence and attention to detail&lt;br&gt; - Is flexible to be on-call&lt;br&gt; - Fluent in spoken and written English&lt;/p&gt;
