&lt;p&gt;We&#039;re hiring CNC Machine Operators to run and maintain computer-numerical-controlled (CNC) machinery. Your role is crucial in producing precise parts efficiently. If you&#039;re detail-oriented with technical skills, we want you on our team.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Responsibilities&lt;/strong&gt;:&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Operate CNC machines for drilling, milling, turning, and grinding.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Read and interpret technical drawings and set up machines accordingly.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Program machines using G-code and adjust settings as needed.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Inspect finished products for quality and make necessary adjustments.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Collaborate with the team to improve processes and meet goals.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Follow safety protocols to ensure a secure work environment&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Requirements:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Secondary school diploma or equivalent; machining training a plus.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Prior experience in CNC operation.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Proficiency in reading technical drawings and G-code programming.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Basic measurement skills using calipers and micrometers.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Strong attention to detail and mechanical aptitude.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Ability to stand, lift, and adhere to safety guidelines&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Applicants are required to be already residing and working in Malta&lt;/p&gt;
