It operates in areas such as real estate, private equity, and venture capital. The firm&#039;s strategy focuses on long-term value creation, collaborating with high-net-worth individuals, institutions, and family offices.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;As a Compliance Analyst, you will join a team of five based in Malta, reporting directly to the Chief Risk Manager and collaborating closely with the Director (MLRO). This role offers valuable exposure to international clients while being part of a well-established and successful team with a strong track record.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;You will:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;Act as the main contact with the MFSA, ensuring compliance with regulations for the company and its entities.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Oversee compliance and regulatory matters.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Draft and update internal policies and manuals.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Stay informed on legal and regulatory changes affecting the company.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Communicate regulatory updates to departments and ensure timely implementation.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Perform client due diligence.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Research and address regulatory issues.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Assist the MLRO with AML/CFT procedures and ensure annual filings locally and internationally.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Liaise with tax advisors and assist with tax filings.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Skills/ Experience:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;Bachelor&#039;s degree in Law, Finance, Business Administration, or related field&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;2-5 years of compliance experience in financial services&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;The salary and remuneration package will be competitive and based on your experience&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;For more information contact Bernice Bundy confidentially on +35626016652 or email your CV to bernice.bundy@Accelerate.mt&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;I specialise in recruiting for compliance, if you wish to discuss this or other related opportunities, please feel free to contact me.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Accelerate Recruitment recruits for professionals on the island of Malta, focusing on Finance, Accountancy, Compliance and Legal.
