Join an established investment management firm, based in the heart of London, with a strong track record dating back to the early 2000s. This company specialises in small to mid-market investments, they focus on identifying high-potential companies across the UK and Northern Europe. This firm offers a unique blend of public and private equity expertise, creating opportunities for growth.

As a Compliance Analyst, you will play an essential role in the team, reporting directly to the MLRO/Compliance Manager. Your position offers invaluable exposure to diverse compliance functions and regulatory frameworks, allowing you to closely collaborate with the compliance team. This hands-on experience will enable you to implement and maintain compliance protocols, conduct due diligence assessments, and ensure adherence to all relevant regulatory requirements.

You will:

• Compile compliance requests from the Malta Compliance Officer, banks, and other service providers.

• Gain an understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements and contribute to the enhancement of administrative processes for improved workflow efficiency.

• Undertake various miscellaneous tasks, including corporate governance reporting and research activities.

• Manage the submission of regulatory returns to MFSA, FCA, CBM, and the annual returns to the Malta Business Registry

• Provide support for the review of agreements, drafting resolutions, and composing letters for the MFSA.

• Support the IR team in tasks such as preparing the Investment Management Report, managing the internal staff investment scheme, and handling internal KYC requests and investor classifications.

Skills/ Experience:

• Preferably 1-2 years of experience in a similar position

• Degree in finance or a related legal field.

• Any knowledge of funds or investments would be considered advantageous.

Salary/Remuneration Package:
