A small group of team members operate from their main office, while the rest operate remotely across the globe, creating a truly global workforce.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;As our Compliance Officer &amp;amp; MLRO, you will collaborate with a dynamic, international team working remotely in Malta and across the globe. You will have a direct reporting line to the Head of Compliance, giving you visibility and influence at the senior level.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;You will:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;Conduct periodic risk assessments.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Oversee AML/CFT frameworks and ensure effective implementation.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Monitor regulatory developments, including MiCA.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Maintain and oversee the company&amp;rsquo;s compliance programme under EU law.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Prepare compliance reports, audit materials, and regulatory submissions.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Skills/ Experience:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;2&amp;ndash;4 years in compliance, legal, or risk management.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Experience in financial services, fintech, or crypto brokerage preferred.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Salary/Remuneration Package&lt;/strong&gt;:&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;DOE&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;For more information contact Bernice Bundy confidentially on +35626016652 or email your CV to bernice.bundy@accelerate.mt&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;I specialise in recruiting for compliance, if you wish to discuss this or other related opportunities, please feel free to contact me.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Accelerate Recruitment recruits for professionals on the island of Malta, focusing on Finance, Accountancy, Compliance and Legal.
