In this Compliance Officer role, you will join a very well-established firm providing a broad range of business advisory services, offering you the opportunity to gain exposure to a diverse range of activities and regulatory frameworks. As the Group continues to strengthen its Compliance Function, you will become part of an evolving environment, providing you with the chance to contribute to the development and maintenance of a robust, inspection-ready compliance framework across its regulated and non-regulated activities.

You will join a dedicated Compliance Function, reporting to the Head of Compliance and collaborating closely with the wider Compliance and AML/CFT teams, including the MLRO. The combination of general compliance responsibilities and exposure to AML/CFT activities will provide you with valuable insight across different areas of the business, allowing you to broaden your technical knowledge and strengthen your regulatory expertise.

With exposure to Board-level reporting and regulatory developments, this opportunity will empower you to strengthen your analytical capabilities, take ownership of key compliance activities and progress your career within a broad regulatory compliance environment.

You will:

• Support the oversight of regulatory compliance across the Group
• Assist with the planning, execution and documentation of compliance monitoring activities
• Contribute to the preparation of Board-level and management compliance reports
• Assist with AML/CFT documentation reviews, control testing, record maintenance and training initiatives in coordination with the MLRO

Skills / Experience:

• + 2 years' experience in a general compliance, regulatory or governance role within a regulated professional services environment
• Exposure to AML/CFT matters, alongside broader experience in regulatory compliance and governance oversight

Salary / Remuneration: €30,000 - €35,000 (Depending on Experience) + hybrid setting, flexible hours, longer weekends, progression plan, health insurance, wellness allowance and other exceptional benefits.
