This Corporate Lawyer opportunity is with an international advisory firm specialising in supporting iGaming businesses, offering you the chance to gain valuable exposure to the industry while developing your expertise across corporate and commercial law. You will become part of a growing business recognised for delivering exceptional iGaming services, giving you the opportunity to build your experience alongside reputable professionals and gain exposure to a varied portfolio of local and international matters.

Reporting directly to management, you will hold an independent position with a strong sense of ownership and autonomy. You will work closely with experienced colleagues while supporting both the firm’s internal legal requirements and its growing portfolio of iGaming clients. With a dedicated corporate team supporting the administrative side of matters, you will spend more time focused on substantive legal work, allowing you to gain greater exposure to complex corporate matters and accelerate your professional development.

Your role will focus on corporate law, providing advice to the business and its iGaming clients while handling matters including corporate structuring, restructuring, Malta Business Registry requirements and filings, and the drafting and review of commercial agreements. You will:

• Provide corporate and commercial legal advice to the business and its local and international iGaming clients
• Handle corporate structuring, restructuring and Malta Business Registry matters
• Draft, review and negotiate commercial and corporate agreements
• Take ownership of legal matters, liaising with clients, management and internal teams through to completion

Skills / Experience:

• Maltese Qualified Lawyer
• Ideally 3+ years of post-qualification experience, although less will be considered
• Corporate law experience, including Malta Business Registry expertise, corporate advice, restructuring, and drafting and reviewing agreements

Salary / Remuneration: €40,000 – €50,000, depending on experience, plus performance bonus, annual salary increase, Friday finish at 3pm and 6-hour working days during summer.
