&lt;p&gt;We are currently seeking a &lt;strong&gt;Corporate Relations Executive&lt;/strong&gt; to join our team.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;The Corporate Relations Executive will be the front of the Foundation in the various companies and a catalyst to improve the employment of disabled persons in the open labour market.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Responsibilities:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Build and cultivate relationships with businesses to provide employment opportunities for disabled people and vulnerable groups.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Support employers with services of job carving, recruitment support, and uptake of incentives available&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Work with employers to identify solutions and remove obstacles to hiring disabled people&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Maintain ongoing relationships with relevant stakeholders in the field of inclusive employment&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Liaise with other executives to identify matches between candidates and vacancies&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Requirements:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Level 6 qualification in a relevant field (or) relevant work experience&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Good command of English and Maltese languages&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;A genuine interest in the sector of inclusion&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Valid driving licence and own transport&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Desirable:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Work experience in the social sector and/or in recruitment-related roles&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Starting Package:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Salary with allowances: €25,956&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Up to 10% performance bonus&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Health insurance&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Additional allowances and benefits&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Training will be provided to the selected candidate.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
