&lt;li&gt;Assist both &lt;strong&gt;Spanish &lt;/strong&gt;and &lt;strong&gt;English&lt;/strong&gt;-speaking customers via email, chat, and telephone&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Collaborate with your team to achieve optimal customer satisfaction and meet other key performance indicators (KPIs)&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Translate promotional texts and customer surveys into your local language&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Manage customer accounts efficiently&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Adhere to company policies and practices regarding player safety, protection, and responsible gaming&lt;/li&gt;
