Responsibilities:
The first point of contact for customers
Addressing customer’s issues and providing the required support
Liaising with various departments in the company to find the most efficient and satisfactory solution for the customers
Providing timely and professional ongoing support to the company’s clients
Liaising with the company’s partners to ensure outstanding ongoing services
Developing new processes and procedures to excel in servicing our clientele
Achieve excellence in problem-solving and support.
Requirements:
Fluent in the English language, both verbal and written.
Professional approach and attitude when dealing with customers
Always aiming at excellence and customer satisfaction
University Degree in Management/Finances or Economics
Experience in a similar role- a minimum of 1 year is an advantage
Ability to be an independent player and work as part of a team
Ambitions to improve and grow with the company.
