&lt;p&gt;Salvo Grima Group is a dynamic group of companies specialising in distribution of consumer goods, duty-free travel retail and ship supply. Our Group was established in 1860 and today employs over 530 people in eight countries.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;We are seeking a process-oriented &lt;strong&gt;Data and Process Controller &lt;/strong&gt;to join our &lt;strong&gt;Ship Supply Team&lt;/strong&gt;, and will help with the day-to-day creation, maintenance, and governance of master data across systems, ensuring accurate and timely setup of products, suppliers, and customers to support operations, reporting, and commercial execution.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Duties &amp;amp; Responsibilities:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Support the upkeep of master data including the creation and updating of SKUs, customer, and supplier data etc&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Ensure data is entered in line with standards business rules&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Validate completeness and correctness (e.g., barcodes, pricing, categories)&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Monitor how data impacts sales, stock, and reporting&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Support business readiness by ensuring accurate data&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Maintain data logs and basic documentation&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Conduct periodic master data cleansing and de-duplication initiatives&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Follow data rules and maintain data standards, naming conventions, and classification&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Act as a key systems reference point for the team&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Support cross-functional alignment on data structures, classifications, and setup requirements&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Understand and maintain consistency of master data standards across Group entities and systems.&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Skills &amp;amp; Qualifications:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Similar experience in master data, ERP support, or similar operational roles&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Diploma in Business, IT, or a related field is an asset&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Fluency in English is essential; being proficient in Maltese is a strong advantage&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Background in a fast-paced operational environment is a plus&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Highly Proficient in Excel for lookups, pivots, data validation&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Process-driven, structured, and improvement-oriented.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;
