The Wow
As a Senior MLOps Engineer at Betsson Group, you will play a key role in bridging the gap between data science and production operations. You will work with cross-functional teams to ensure our machine learning models are effectively deployed, monitored, and maintained in a scalable and secure environment.
A taster of what you will be involved with:
- Design, build, and maintain robust MLOps pipelines for continuous integration, deployment, and monitoring of ML models.
- Collaborate with data scientists, data engineers, and DevOps teams to implement best practices for model lifecycle management.
- Optimize model training, deployment, and inference processes for performance and cost-efficiency.
- Implement monitoring systems to track the performance and reliability of deployed models.
- Ensure compliance with security, privacy, and regulatory requirements for machine learning solutions.
- Automate workflows and manage infrastructure for large-scale machine learning projects.
- Contribute to the development of reusable frameworks and tools to accelerate machine learning adoption across the organization.
What we are looking for:
- Proven experience in MLOps, DevOps, or a similar role in a production environment.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, with experience in ML frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or CircleCI).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure, and container orchestration tools like Kubernetes and Docker.
- Strong understanding of data engineering workflows and tools (e.g., Apache Spark, Kafka, or Airflow).
- Experience with monitoring and logging tools like Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK Stack.
- Knowledge of model versioning and reproducibility tools such as MLflow or DVC is a plus.
