• Good knowledge of the Company, the brand and the store
• Solid experience managing a similar fast-paced retail operation
• Passion for interior design, creativity and trend awareness
• Proven ability to maximise profitability and drive sales
• Strong team management experience

Main tasks and responsibilities

• Supports the store manager in store operations and people managment with a full focus on customer care.
• Coordinate products to be commercially appealing, inspiring and attractive to customers.
• Support the store manager in daily operations and in achieving company goals.
