&lt;p&gt;The Digital Marketing Specialist will spearhead all digital marketing initiatives, driving growth and expanding the digital team. Collaborating closely with various teams, including designers and developers, the selected candidate will optimize digital marketing efforts to achieve strategic objectives.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Key Responsibilities&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;em&gt;Lead Digital Marketing Strategy&lt;/em&gt;: Develop, execute, and optimize paid digital efforts across various channels, including display advertising, social media, mobile, SEM, and SEO.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;em&gt;PPC Management&lt;/em&gt;: Oversee PPC campaigns, Google Ads, and related tools to maximize performance.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;em&gt;Content Management and Optimization&lt;/em&gt;: Manage and optimize content for SEO/SEM across digital platforms, including websites, social media, and digital campaigns.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;em&gt;Data Analysis&lt;/em&gt;: Analyze digital campaign data to measure performance, ROI, and KPIs.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;em&gt;Email Marketing&lt;/em&gt;: Manage email marketing efforts to engage and retain customers.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;em&gt;Technology Integration&lt;/em&gt;: Identify opportunities for integrating new technologies and digital products into online campaigns.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Qualifications, Skills and Attributes&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;em&gt;Experience &amp;amp; Education Requirements&lt;/em&gt;: Degree or equivalent qualification in Marketing, Digital Media, or related field. Proficient in PPC, Google Ads, SEO/SEM, and Google systems like Webmaster and Analytics. Experience with email marketing platforms and familiarity with web design and content management systems.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;em&gt;Skills Requirements&lt;/em&gt;: Self-motivated with excellent analytical and project management skills. Strong digital copywriting, content marketing, and communication skills. Ability to present digital marketing concepts effectively. Creative problem-solving approach with attention to detail and organizational skills.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;
