&lt;p&gt;Are you a hands-on leader with a passion for logistics, inventory control and distribution? We are currently looking for a &lt;strong&gt;Warehouse &amp;amp; Distribution Supervisor&lt;/strong&gt; to oversee the day-to-day operations of our warehouse and distribution processes. This is a key role where you will ensure that both storage and delivery functions run smoothly and efficiently.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Responsibilities:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;• &lt;strong&gt;Inventory Management:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Oversee goods receiving, stock replenishment, and inventory control processes. Ensure stock accuracy, handle stock discrepancies, and support with regular stocktakes.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;• Warehouse Operations:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Manage daily picking operations, stock movements, and storage organization. Ensure warehouse standards, safety, and cleanliness are maintained at all times.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;• Distribution &amp;amp; Route Planning:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Plan and organize delivery routes according to schedules and available resources. Ensure timely and efficient deliveries while optimizing vehicle and staff allocation.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Team Supervision:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Lead and coordinate a team of warehouse operators and delivery personnel. Ensure that all team members are performing their duties effectively.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;• Training &amp;amp; Coaching:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Support new employee onboarding and ensure ongoing training for all team members on operational standards, safety procedures, and customer service expectations.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;• Communication &amp;amp; Problem Solving:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Be the go-to person for resolving operational issues within the warehouse and distribution teams. Communicate effectively with internal departments and external stakeholders.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Skillsets and Requirements:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;• Clean Police Conduct.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;• Minimum Driving Licence B.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;• Basic computer literacy.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;• Strong organizational and time management skills.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;• Proven leadership skills with the ability to supervise, coach, and motivate a team.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;• Previous experience in a warehouse, distribution, or logistics supervisory role will be considered an asset.&lt;/p&gt;
