&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;About the Role:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br&gt; We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Documentation and Operations Coordinator to support both our freight forwarding section and road haulage trucking operations. This hybrid role involves managing shipment documentation, coordinating logistics, and ensuring efficient, timely transport services.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Key Responsibilities:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Manage import/export bookings and raise necessary shipping documentation (e.g., bills of lading, pre-alerts).&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Oversee daily fleet and trailer operations including route planning, load scheduling, and driver coordination, when required.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Monitor shipment progress for containers and trailers; resolve operational issues to ensure timely delivery.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with transport and customs regulations.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Communicate with customers, suppliers, and partners to resolve inquiries and ensure service satisfaction.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Support invoicing, credit notes, and administrative tasks related to logistics operations.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Analyse operational performance to improve efficiency and cost-effectiveness.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Collaborate across departments for smooth operational flow and support business development initiatives.&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Requirements:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or transport operations.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Fluent in written and spoken English and Maltese; Italian is a plus.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with logistics software is beneficial.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment.&lt;/li&gt;
