The role requires a blend of analytical, technical, and communication skills to manage system implementations and ensure successful project outcomes. The ideal candidate will have proven ERP implementation experience and a passion for helping businesses enhance their operational processes through technology.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;h4&gt;Key Responsibilities&lt;/h4&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Business Process Analysis:&lt;/strong&gt;&amp;nbsp;Assess and analyse client business processes, identifying areas for improvement and recommending ERP solutions that align with their objectives.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;strong&gt;ERP Implementation:&lt;/strong&gt;&amp;nbsp;Oversee the full lifecycle of ERP system implementation, from requirements gathering to deployment and post-launch support.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Project Management:&lt;/strong&gt;&amp;nbsp;Collaborate with the Project Manager to meet project timelines and quality standards, and with the Software Solutions Manager to ensure technical solutions are effective.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Stakeholder Engagement:&lt;/strong&gt;&amp;nbsp;Communicate clearly with both internal teams and external clients to ensure alignment on project goals.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Customer Success &amp;amp; Upselling:&lt;/strong&gt;&amp;nbsp;Ensure customer satisfaction and proactively identify opportunities for upselling additional services or solutions.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Documentation:&lt;/strong&gt;&amp;nbsp;Produce detailed business and technical documentation, including process flows, requirements, and testing scenarios.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Training &amp;amp; Support:&lt;/strong&gt;&amp;nbsp;Train end-users and provide continuous post-implementation support.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;h4&gt;Qualifications, Skills, and Attributes&lt;/h4&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Experience:&lt;/strong&gt;&amp;nbsp;4 years of experience in ERP system implementation would be ideal.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Language Skills:&lt;/strong&gt;&amp;nbsp;Excellent command of English (C1 or C2 proficiency). The ability to communicate in Maltese is an asset.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Communication Skills:&lt;/strong&gt;&amp;nbsp;Strong verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to convey complex concepts clearly.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Interpersonal Skills:&lt;/strong&gt;&amp;nbsp;Strong relationship-building skills and ability to work effectively with a range of stakeholders.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Technical Skills:&lt;/strong&gt;&amp;nbsp;Proficiency in ERP systems and related business solutions.
