&lt;h4&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Role Overview&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/h4&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;The Field Officer will be responsible for overseeing and reporting on projects from start to finish. Reporting directly to Project Managers, the Field Officer ensures projects are executed within specified timeframes and budgets, identifying any risks or issues that may arise. This role requires effective communication with both internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of multiple projects.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;h4&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Key Responsibilities&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/h4&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;Project Briefing &amp;amp; Stakeholder Understanding:&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br&gt;Attend initial on-site meetings to understand project briefs, budgets, timelines, and stakeholder roles.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;On-Site Monitoring &amp;amp; Reporting:&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br&gt;Monitor on-site work to ensure adherence to specifications and scope of work, providing daily reports for audit purposes.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;Issue Identification &amp;amp; Escalation:&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br&gt;Identify and escalate issues that may delay the project, including unexpected risks or deviations from the Programme of Works.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;Stakeholder Coordination &amp;amp; Certification Management:&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br&gt;Coordinate and communicate with relevant stakeholders, ensuring all necessary certifications and approvals are obtained.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;Health &amp;amp; Safety Compliance &amp;amp; Property Protection:&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br&gt;Ensure Health and Safety standards are maintained on-site, and that third-party properties remain unaffected by construction activities.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;h4&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Qualifications, Skills, and Attributes&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/h4&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;Experience&lt;/em&gt;:&lt;/strong&gt; Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role, preferably in the Civil, Building &amp;amp; Finishes sector.&lt;em&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;Language Skills&lt;/em&gt;:&lt;/strong&gt; Excellent command of English is required to succeed in this role. The ability to communicate in Maltese would be an asset.&lt;em&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;Communication Skills&lt;/em&gt;:&lt;/strong&gt; Strong reporting and communication abilities to coordinate effectively with Project Managers and teams.&lt;em&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;Interpersonal Skills&lt;/em&gt;:&lt;/strong&gt; Capable of managing relationships with internal teams, contractors, and other stakeholders.&lt;em&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;Technical Skills&lt;/em&gt;:&lt;/strong&gt; Proficient in reading design drawings and technical specifications; strong report writing, including photo documentation.&lt;em&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Organisation:&lt;/strong&gt; &lt;/em&gt;Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with a focus on detail and deadlines.&lt;em&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;Self-Motivated&lt;/em&gt;:&lt;/strong&gt; Ability to work independently and maintain a proactive approach to problem-solving.&lt;em&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;Problem-Solving&lt;/em&gt;:&lt;/strong&gt; Capacity to anticipate and resolve project challenges efficiently.&lt;/p&gt;
