Attend initial on-site meetings to understand project briefs, budgets, timelines, and stakeholder roles.
\nOn-Site Monitoring & Reporting:
Monitor on-site work to ensure adherence to specifications and scope of work, providing daily reports for audit purposes.
Issue Identification & Escalation:
Identify and escalate issues that may delay the project, including unexpected risks or deviations from the Programme of Works.
Stakeholder Coordination & Certification Management:
Coordinate and communicate with relevant stakeholders, ensuring all necessary certifications and approvals are obtained.
Health & Safety Compliance & Property Protection:
Ensure Health and Safety standards are maintained on-site, and that third-party properties remain unaffected by construction activities.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role, preferably in the Civil, Building & Finishes sector.
Language Skills: Excellent command of English is required to succeed in this role. The ability to communicate in Maltese would be an asset.
Communication Skills: Strong reporting and communication abilities to coordinate effectively with Project Managers and teams.
Interpersonal Skills: Capable of managing relationships with internal teams, contractors, and other stakeholders.
Technical Skills: Proficient in reading design drawings and technical specifications; strong report writing, including photo documentation.
Organisation: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with a focus on detail and deadlines.
Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently and maintain a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Problem-Solving: Capacity to anticipate and resolve project challenges efficiently.
Compensation: A competitive base salary with annual increments.
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, with an average of 8 hours per day. A hybrid work option allows for 1 day of remote work per week, after 3 months of service and in agreement with Team Manager.
Other Benefits: Classified as an overtime grade position, offering additional earnings through overtime.
