&lt;p&gt;As a Finance Clerk, you will play a crucial role in supporting the finance and accounting functions of the company. You will be responsible for organising invoices, maintaining customer ledgers, and providing general assistance with billing tasks.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Key Responsibilities&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;em&gt;Organising and Prioritising Invoices&lt;/em&gt;: Efficiently manage the issuing of invoices, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;em&gt;Client Liaison&lt;/em&gt;: Process client inquiries and concerns regarding invoices promptly and professionally.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;em&gt;Ledger Maintenance&lt;/em&gt;: Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer ledgers, ensuring all transactions are recorded correctly.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;em&gt;General Assistance&lt;/em&gt;: Assist with various office and accounting duties as required to support the smooth operation of the finance department.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;em&gt;Compliance and Deadlines&lt;/em&gt;: Stay informed about legal updates and ensure all financial tasks meet designated deadlines.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Qualifications, Skills and Attributes&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;em&gt;Minimum Qualifications&lt;/em&gt;: Hold a minimum of &#039;Ordinary level&#039; in Accountancy.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;em&gt;Technical Proficiency&lt;/em&gt;: Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Outlook for effective data management and communication.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;em&gt;Bilingual Communication&lt;/em&gt;: Ability to communicate confidently and effectively in both Maltese and English.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;em&gt;Team Player&lt;/em&gt;: Capable of collaborating effectively within a team environment.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;em&gt;Previous Experience&lt;/em&gt;: Prior experience in a similar role would be advantageous.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;
